Hi World. My name is Angad Singh and I am 11 years old. I live in Atlanta. I am a 6th grade student at NorthWestern Middle School. These are some of the memories from my summer 2005 Gurmat Camp at Akal Academy, BaRu Sahib in the Himalyan Mountains.

I am a peace worker and a filmmaker. My first film 'One Light' celebrates the oneness of humanity and aims to build a friendlier, peaceful world by building friendlier neighborhoods. I believe that if we each take a baby step towards a better world, together it will make a big difference. In the past year, 'One Light' has become an instrument to share the message of peace and youth activism towards peace at schools, youth conferences, film festivals and interfaith seminars. you shouldn't say that to baru sahib as it is a wonderful place, well even though the academy teachers are not nice but i've studied there for three years and had a great time with my friends. The part was picking on teachers.
